SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

SECTION 3 – HANDMADE GOODS AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS  

All products offered by Hollingsworth Cotton & Leather are handmade and may have slight variations in color, texture, and size. These natural differences are part of the uniqueness and charm of our products and are not considered defects.  

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.  

SECTION 4 – CUSTOM ORDERS AND SHIPPING 

Custom and made-to-order products may require additional time for production. Estimated delivery times for custom orders will be provided during the ordering process.  

Shipping timelines for all products are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as supply chain delays or carrier issues.  

SECTION 5 – MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES AND SERVICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.  

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any products or services (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice.  

We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.  

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

If you provide comments, feedback, or suggestions (collectively, “feedback”), you agree that we may use your feedback in any way, including but not limited to modifying or improving our products and services.
